    Project Manager to manage the construction of a Start-up Industrial Plant.

    Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Engineering Degree from a recognized institution, however equivalent experience will be considered in highly qualified candidates.
  • Minimum of 10 years in project management of plant construction or similar.
  • Strong ability in managing EPC contractors and managing change orders
  • Capable of managing and inspiring a vision to a team of 10 - 15 people
  • Strong negotiation / conditioning / influencing skills
  • Proactive and have a "get it done" attitude
  • Strong relationship builder, enthusiasm and energy
  • Solid Computer Skills
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Experience in industrial plants would be an advantage

    Job Purpose

  • To lead and manage the Construction and Execution of a Greenfield Plant to its commercial commissioning on time and on budget to maximize strategic and financial benefits to the COMPANY
  • To oversee all aspects of the project using planning, monitoring and controlling processes and tools
  • The Project Manager is responsible for co-ordination and completion of the project and to this end will perform a variety of tasks including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress of the project in concise reports
  • Project Duration estimated to be for 2 years

    Principal Accountabilities

  • Provide overall leadership to internal and external parties involved in project execution
  • Engage and manage licensors, contractors and suppliers
  • Ensure construction milestones and targets are met (on time, on budget)
  • Develop and review the sourcing and contracting processes
  • Maintain and expand relationships within industry, regulators and governments
  • Updating Board members on progress as and when needed
  • Work within the guidelines set by the COMPANY Strategy
  • Responsibility for the performance of the PROJECT
  • Approval of payments to Contractors within approved covenants and limits

    Job Purpose

    Business Suport Manager

  • Age: 30-38. University degree; preferably Engineer from reputed universities. MBA or Masters in Finance is preferred.
  • 4-6 years of experience either in major Management Consulting firms as Consultant or Associate or Senior Consultant or at the client side as Projects Manager or Operations Manager or Business Support Manager or related management position preferably within well-established Manufacturing or Industrial plants in Lebanon or in the Gulf.
  • Previous experience in start-up operations is a major plus.     Director of Design Division

  • For a prime Engineering Design Group in Saudi Arabia
  • Engineering or Architecture degree from a reputed university.
  • A professional with no less than 10 to 15 years relevant experience that includes a good portion in international engineering organizations that provide design and construction management services to infrastructure markets (Mixed use developments, High-rise, Sports & recreational facilities, educational & specialized projects - hospitals etc).
  • Lead the engineering design, proposals & contracts, quality teams in the bidding and executing engineering design projects. Lead project managers, Heads of departments for structural, landscaping, urban planning, mechanical, electrical and environmental design teams.

    Technical Design Director

    For a prime Engineering Design and Construction Supervision Group in Riyadh - Saudi Arabia

  • Engineering or Architecture degree from a reputed university.
  • An Executive level design Division Director with no less than 10 to 15 years relevant experience, having an in-depth exposure/ experience to design production management with an international experience in a major design firm, enabling him to establish, develop, promote and monitor professional design standards, systems and procedures and new techniques within the multi-disciplines design departments he will be leading.
  • Previous experience in managing directly multi-discipline design departments, and multi-projects at the same time.
