I was born in Saudi Arabia Oct 16, 1979. I moved with my parents to Lebanon in 1985 and have been living in the North since then. I never visited Rashaya Al Fakhar but I always hope that I will go there one day. All my relatives live outside Lebanon and there is nobody in Rashaya. I graduated in July 2000 and I am now working as a Cancer Research Assistant at AUB/Human Morphology. I was so happy to know that there is a site about that region in Lebanon that I belong to but never visited. I like to stay in touch with people from there |

| Sayar, Arlete Khattar | Belo Horizonte, Brazil | My father was born in Rashayya Al Fukhar and came to Brazil when he was too young. He died in 77. I have two uncles, Abdalla Sayar living in Rashayya and Mouhibe Sayar in Marjeyoun.
I visited them in 97 and 98. I have a lot of relatives there, and I love all of them and love Lebanon. My mother, Zaquia Maluf was from Zahle (died in 70). I am married, and have two daughters (married) and a son. I have a grand son too. |
