- Ingredients:
- 500 Gr. of Beef.
- 1 cup dry chick peas or one can.
- 1 cup of Rice or Burgul.
- 1 Med. Onion.
- Salt & pepper as desired.
- 1 Tbl spoon of butter.
- 2 cups of water.
- Directions:
- Soak the dry Chickpeas for 12 hours.
- Soak the rice for 1 hour.
- Chop the onion and fry it in the butter.
- Remove the fried onions from the butter.
- Cut the meat into marble size portions.
- Fry the meat and the Chickpeas in the same butter.
- Add all ingredients to the boiling water.
- Let it simmer till fully cooked.
- Serve hot.
