
Kishkiya

- Ingredients:
- 1 cup dry Chick Peas
- 1 cup Lentils
- 1 cup Burghul
- 2 Bundles of Swiss char
- ½ cup of oil.
- Water as required.
- Sumaa, Garlic, Lemon, Salt.
- Directions:
- Wash Chickpeas and soak for two hours.
- Cut Swiss char and wash.
- Add lentils, Swiss char, Burghul to the Chickpeas and cover with water.
- Cook on low heat.
- Add Salt, Garlic, Oil, and Sumaa with little lemon.
