- Ingredients:
- Two Cups Red Lentils.
- Eight Cups of Water.
- One Cup Burghul.
- One Tsp. Salt & One Tsp. Pepper.
- Half Cup Olive Oil.
- Three Diced Onions.
- Directions:
- Clean Lentils with water and rinse.
- Boil Lentils in Eight Cups Water untill it becomes soft.
- Add the Burghul, Salt & Pepper and boil for 15 Minutes.
- Fry the Onions in oil untill it turns yellow.
- Add Onions to the other ingredients and cook for 15 minutes.
- Served hot or cold with Salad and raw Onion.
- Enjoy and sahtain!
